Our Process. Simple guide.

Intake Evaluation

We will begin by making sure that we are both a great fit for each other. This is a crutial step that will maximize rewards for you and/or your practice.


- Intake appointment and questionaire completion

- Intake process will be completed via email and zoom or phone call. Generally takes about 2-3 hours in total.

Individual or Team Evaluation

The next step is to evaluate self and/or team. By knowing a solid starting point we can better identify what needs to be identified, healed and addressed to progress toward your unique needs and goals.


-Individual and/or Team evaluation completion to include appropriate evaluation forms and assessments

- Evaluation process will be completed via email. Generally takes about 1-10 days (depending on size of your team and response times)

Value & Goal Evaluation

The next step is to identify your personal and/or team values and goals. By having a solid grasp on what is important to you and your goals(or desired endpoint) we can help you create a winning plan for optimized success.


-Value & Goal evaluation completion to include appropriate evaluation forms and assessments

- Value and goal evaluation process will be completed via email. Generally takes about 1-10 days (depending on size of your team and response times)

Personalized Plan

We work with you and/or your team to create a plan based on who you are, who your team members are, where you are with regard to your personal and professional goals and where you are wanting to be in the future.


-We will use your evaluation data, goals, and vision to create a personalized plan tailored to you and/or your teams individual vision and needs.

- Plan setting process will be completed via zoom or phone call. Generally takes about 4-14 days (depending on size of your team).

- Notes of plan and process will be provided for you to follow.


Massive Action

This part is on you. We are here for your support, however long term lasting results can ultimately only be achieved through action and true desire to achieve change.


-You must take action. Your team must take action. You must continue.

-We will provide the accountability with follow ups and support through the process.

-Lasting change takes time.

-This process will be ongoing. True transformation will take about 12-24 months of constant and consistant work.

Follow-up

We will also meet briefly monthly, semi-annually and annually to make sure that you are on track toward your personal or team goals. During your check-in appointments we will review your plan and reconcile changes if needed. We will then repeat the process and continue to move you closer to your ultimate success!


- Follow up & Accountability Check-ins

- Each Check-in during the follow-up process will be completed via zoom or phone call. We will check in with your team once monthly for six months, then once at 9 months, then again at 12 months (this may vary slightly depending on size of your team- larger teams may need additional meetings).

- Notes for these check-ins will be provided for you to review and follow.

Re-evaluate & Repeat

After you and/or your team has had some time (6-12 months of consistent action) to we will re-evaluate your values, goals, and teams needs. We will address your plan moving forward and readjust your plan moving forward. The end goal is to motivate and inspire your team to continue this process on your own for life and to pay the healing forward through out the profession!


- Remember change takes time, determination, and consistent action

- You are supported, cared for, and not alone in this process

- Be patient with yourself and be prepared to continue to do the work!
